What homemaking includes
Light housekeeping in the rooms your loved one uses daily, dishes, laundry and linen changes, trash and recycling, tidying trip hazards, grocery shopping to a list, pantry rotation, and meal planning and preparation for low-sodium, diabetic-friendly or cultural preferences.
Nutrition support
Caregivers cook alongside clients when they enjoy it, portion and label meals for later in the week, and note appetite or weight changes so families can act early.

Is this deep cleaning?
No. Caregivers handle light, ongoing housekeeping. Heavy or specialty cleaning is best handled by a cleaning service, and we are happy to coordinate around one.
