Frequently asked
Answers before you commit to anything
Still unsure? Our care manager will answer every question during your free in-home consultation, no obligation, no pressure.
Call Now (571) 555-0142What is nonmedical home care?
Nonmedical home care covers personal care, companionship, homemaking, meals, transportation and supervision. Our caregivers do not administer medications by injection or perform skilled nursing tasks, but they do support daily living so clients stay safely at home.
How quickly can care start in Northern Virginia?
Most families in Fairfax, Arlington, Loudoun and Prince William counties begin care within 24 to 72 hours of the free in-home consultation. Urgent hospital discharges can often be covered the same day.
How much does home care cost in Virginia?
Hourly rates depend on the level of care, shift length and location. We provide a written rate sheet at the consultation and never charge for the assessment or the care plan.
Do you accept long-term care insurance or VA benefits?
Yes. We bill most long-term care insurance policies directly and work with VA community care referrals and the Aid & Attendance benefit. Private pay is also welcome.
